SHAWANO, WI- The three person race for a seat on the Shawano School Board, representing the City of Shawano is down to two candidates.
Jamie Beyer and Jeana Winslow earned the most votes to advance on to the April General Election over Stephanie Bendtschneider on Tuesday.
Beyer collected 606 votes and Winslow 202 votes as the top two. Bendtschneider had 168 votes.
“I am thankful for the people who came out to vote for me,” Beyer said. She also said that she got a lot of support despite not having a real active campaign.
