SURING, WI- The Wisconsin Department of Justice and DCI have released the names of those involved in an officer involved shooting over the weekend in Oconto County.
Deputy Kevin Christensen, a three year member of the department and Sergeant Ben Schnidel, a four-year member of the department were both placed on Administrative Leave.
The investigation determined that the deputies arrived at a residence in Suring to locate 26-year-old Jacob Bubb.
The two deputies ended up shooting Bubb, killing him on scene.
The Oconto County DA will determine if any charges will be filed.
