MADISON, WI – The latest numbers from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services is showing a number of testing being done.
As of Thursday, 20,317 negative tests have been reported throughout the state. Positive test numbers have crossed 1.700 with the latest report showing 1,730 and the state also is reporting a total of 31 deaths.
27 percent of the COVID-19 cases are resulting in hospitalizations (461).
Dane and Milwaukee Counties both saw an increase in numbers with Milwaukee County reporting 780 positive and 3,942 negative. Dane County is reporting 215 positive and 3,696 negative.
Deaths totals include 2 in Dane County, 2 in Fond Du Lac County, 1 in Iron County, 11 in Milwaukee County, 3 in Ozaukee County, 1 in Rock County, 2 in Sauk County, 1 in Waukesha County and 1 in Waupaca County.
