
MADISON, WI – Seymour-based Emmi Roth has one of the 20 best cheeses in the world. The Gorgonzola cheese made the list of finalists at the World Cheese Championship in Madison.
The contest had 3,667 entries.
Wisconsin also has two other finalists. A traditional waxed Cheddar made in Monroe and a smoked Gouda made in Thorpe.
