SHAWANO, WI – Shawano Police have identified two Shawano residents as victims in a fatal crash that took place Wednesday morning on East Richmond Street and South Airport Drive.
76-year-old Orville Jacobs and 73-year-old Judith Jacobs were pronounced deceased at the scene after their vehicle was struck by another vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign. That vehicle was driven by 76-year-old Edith Huettle of Wabeno.
Authorities say Huettle was taken to the hospital for injuries.
The details of the crash remain under investigation.
