TOWN OF TOWNSEND, WI – The sounds of snowmobiles can once again be heard in Oconto County.
Trails in the Northern part of the county are now open after being closed to start the season after the trails were damaged from July storms.
Riders spent the end of last week and the weekend riding around in the Townsend area.
The five month cleanup is still going on as some areas are still closed and will be for the rest of the season.
