GREEN BAY, WI (Wisconsin Radio Network) – The announced closing of a call center in downtown Green Bay will eliminate 157 jobs next year. California-based Alorica has notified the state Department of Workforce Development of its plans to shut its doors in February. The company cites “business needs and operational efficiencies” for the move. Just two years ago, Alorica expanded its Green Bay workforce and hired 100 people.
