A 25-year-old Missouri farmer who is already behind bars now faces additional charges in connection with the disappearance of two Wisconsin brothers including murder.Garland Nelson, 25, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Nicholas Diemel, 34, and Justin Diemel, 24. He also was charged with two counts of abandonment of a corpse, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, two counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Nick and Justin Diemel were reported missing July 21 . They had been visiting Nelson’s northwestern Missouri farm while on a trip related to their cattle business. Nelson will be formally arraigned on Thursday morning at 10.
