The Wisconsin Department of Revenue says a cloudy liquid leaking from a silo at Ledgeview Farms will eventually reach the Bay of Green Bay. The D-N-R says it is assessing the impact and potential risks which could be the result of the discharge. The leak has been contained at the farm but the agency is trying to mitigate the portion which made it into Bower Creek. People living nearby reported the problem to the state agency, but there have been no indications the discharge has contaminated local drinking water.
