A seven-year-old boy caught vaping at a school in Franklin tells his teachers he got the device from his mother’s purse. A teacher says the second-grader was vaping in class at Country Dale Elementary. The student’s mother says it contained C-B-D oil. The child was checked out at Children’s Hospital and found to be okay, then he was returned to his mother. Police say no charges will be filed.
