On October 3rd, 2019, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Oconto Falls Police Department received a tip about drug trafficking in the City of Oconto Falls. Upon further investigation, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and a subsequent search warrant was conducted at a residence in Oconto Falls. The combination of the traffic-stop and search warrant, resulted in locating 156.28 grams of methamphetamine, 23.72 grams of MDMA, 63.90 grams of hashish oil, 26.69 grams of marijuana, 3.54 grams of cocaine, illegally obtained prescription medication, drug paraphernalia, two firearms and US Currency. As a result, a 20 year old female was arrested and booked into the Oconto County Jail on multiple drug related charges. The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Oconto Falls Police Department are affiliated with the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Group (NETDEG) and were also assisted by the Brown County Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration – Green Bay Office.
