On Sunday, a Search Warrant was executed at 3421 Cottage Ave in Neopit by the Menominee Tribal Police Department, members of NADGI and the Menominee County Sheriff’s Dept. Joseph Komanekin who had a Federal Warrant for his arrest was located inside the residence attempting to hide in the attic. Komanekin was taken into custody on his Federal Warrant. Charges will be forwarded on the home owner and additional adults for Harboring Mr. Komanekin.
