An Oconto County man stopped for speeding on Aug. 24 has been charged with his seventh operating while intoxicated offense. Gary G. Rosek, 65, of Mountain, was bound over for trial at a Sept. 20 preliminary hearing by Judge Michael T. Judge, who found probable cause that a felony had been committed by Rosek. A preliminary breath test resulted in a reading of .149. Bond was set at $20,000 cash, his Arraignment is set for Oct. 17. Seventh-offense OWI carries a maximum sentence of 12 ½ years in prison.
