This weekend’s rainfall pushed the yearly total for precipitation to more than 40.12, breaking the all time yearly record in Shawano, set back in 1938.
Scott Berschback with the National Weather Service says they way weather patterns are shaping up, the total will continue to climb.
Right now we are only one inch below the all time record for rain in the month of September.
