A former Sacred Heart Principal is facing felony charges of embezzling money from the Shawano Community High School Boosters Organization. 47 year old Aleta Young is accused of taking more than $6,100 from the Booster Clubs savings and checking accounts, and is also sighted for numerous instances of not transferring money from fund raising events into the accounts. Young, who was treasurer of the Booster Club, is alleged to have taken the money over a period from October of 2016 through March of 2019. If convicted of the felony charge of Theft From a Business Setting, she could face a $10,000 fine and six years in prison.
