The 47-year-old man who shot a Bellevue woman to death outside her home in 2016 has been sentenced to 40 years. Anthony Kitchenakow entered an Alford plea in the death of Suzette Langlois. The investigators who handled the case believe the victim’s boyfriend owed Kitchenakow a drug debt and shooting Langlois was supposed to scare him into paying it off. The Wisconsin State Crime Lab got a D-N-A hit from a handgun magazine found in the victim’s car which led to Kitchenakow.
