Hobil Bravo-Perez, 20, of Birnamwood is being charged in Shawano County Court with Six charges dealing with sexual assault of a minor child. Bravo-Perez is being charged with Sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, Repeated Sexual Assault of a child, trafficking of a child, child enticement, child enticement prostitution, and 1st degree sexual assault of a child and sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 13. Bravo-Perez was in Shawano County Court Wednesday afternoon to face the charges against him. Shawano County Judge J.R. Habeck set a cash bond at $100,000 and ordered him back to court on September 30th at 1:30 p.m. Bravo-Perez will be back in court for an adjourned initial appearance after the public defender in case said that Bravo-Perez did not qualify for the services unless he stays in custody. Bravo-Perez is not to have any contact with the victims in the case and is not allowed to use the computer for internet purposes and comply with any order for testing if the family orders it. If found guilty Bravo-Perez faces 230 years imprisonment and fines of 1/2 million dollars.
