The offense was better, but the Green Bay defense carried the Packers to a second straight victory over an N-F-C rival Sunday. Green Bay scored on each of its first three possessions, then held off the Minnesota Vikings for a 21-16 win. Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins had a pass picked off in the end zone while he tried to lead his team to a come-from-behind win. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw scoring passes to Geronimo Allison and Jamaal Williams. Aaron Jones rushed 23 times for 116 yards and a score and Davante Adams caught seven passes for 106 yards. The Packers host Denver next Sunday.
