Clintonville residents are reminded that the alley on the east side of Robert Street has become impassible due to the excess amount of rain we have received this year. The Public Works Department has been in contact with the construction crew in that area and they have granted permission to residents on the east side of Robert to park on the street overnight. Vehicles will have to be removed when construction begins in the morning.
