Green Bay’s defense was rock-solid in a season-opening 10-3 win against the Bears Thursday night.
Mike La Fleur:
The Packer offense did just enough to claim the victory. The only touchdown of the game came in the second period when Aaron Rodgers found tight end Jimmy Graham with a scoring pass.
Aaron Rodgers:
Both quarterbacks were sacked five times and neither offense could muster 50 yards on the ground. Mason Crosby’s 39-yard field goal in the fourth period completed the scoring. Chicago never scored again after a first-period field goal.
