August was a busy month, we had a total 1,387 calls for service: 133 emergency calls, 132 crashes, 68 animal complaints, 127 assists (fire,ems,other agencys) 3 burglaries and 4 attempted burglaries, 64 disabled vehicles, 16 disturbances, 10 vandalism, 15 juvenile complaints, 131 reckless driving, 35 theft (property/identity/vehicle,etc) trespassing 9, warrant arrests 44, weapon offense 5, wefare checks 36. We also issued 498 non-criminal charges or citations: 4 drug paraphernalia, 5 disorderly conduct, 8 operating w/o a valid drivers license, 29 operating after suspension, 27 operating after revocation, 18 operating w/o insurance, 52 operating w/o proof of insurance, 208 speed violations, 20 OWI’s, 6 open intoxicants in MV, 42 seatbelt, 6 inattentive.
