Fox Valley Metro Police say a driver who led several law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase Tuesday morning has been shot to death. A caller in Appleton reported a vehicle was being driven erratically at about 1:15 A-M. The chase went north on Interstate 41, exited at Little Chute and ended in Kaukauna when the suspect vehicle crashed. The fatal shot was fired by a Fox Valley police officer as the suspect was being taken into custody. Authorities haven’t released the name, age or gender of the person who was killed.
