A 31-year-old Appleton man is accused of lying about being a U-S Marshal as a way to miss work. Adam K. Fevold was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this week. His employer says Fevold told him he was authorized to use federal credentials and equipment, including a badge, handcuffs, a heat-seeking drone and emergency lights on his vehicle. As a felon, it was illegal for Fevold to possession a weapon. The U-S Attorney’s Office says Fevold could spend several years in prison, if convicted.
