A Legislative Fiscal Bureau analysis finds Wisconsin tax collections were up about seven-point-four percent in the fiscal year ending June 30th. Revenue collected totaled 17-point-three-billion dollars. Figures released Monday show the state collected about 75-and-a-half-million dollars more than the bureau’s projections last May. Sales tax collections were about five-point-seven-billion dollars and income taxes totaled about nine-billion.
