(Green Bay, WI) — The northeast Wisconsin woman charged in the death of her dog inside a hot vehicle outside Lambeau Field is waiving her preliminary hearing. Fifty-five-year-old Debbie Rohloff of De Pere appeared this morning in Brown County court (Wednesday). Rohloff is facing a felony count of mistreatment of animals and failure to provide proper food and drink to confined animals. Green Bay police found her golden retriever dead in a car July 11th in a parking lot near the Packers Pro Shop. Rohloff told officers she had no excuse for leaving Kaylee in her car for three hours. Her arraignment is set for September 16th.
