Late Friday morning Shawano Police officers took a 20-year-old Shawano man into custody for the fairgrounds office burglary that occurred during the early morning hours of July 25th. The man was transported to the Shawano Jail and will be held until he is charged and appears in front of a judge. We will not be releasing his name until charges are formally issued by the district attorney. The investigation is ongoing. Shawano Police thank the community for the many tips they received that allowed them to quickly identify and locate the person arrested.
