Authorities in northeast Wisconsin are identifying the man shot and killed by a Neenah police officer. Police say 43-year-old Shawn Blowers was armed with a knife and confronted an officer when he was shot Tuesday afternoon at an apartment in Menasha. Both police departments were serving a search warrant in connection with a internet crimes against children case. Blowers was fatally shot by Neenah Officer Christopher Gordon. He was placed on administrative leave. The Wisconsin D-C-I will turn its investigation over to the Winnebago County Attorney’s Office.
