The State Supreme Court decided on Monday not to hear the appeal of Ashlee Martinson. Martinson killed her mother and stepfather in 2015 when she was 17 years old. Her attorneys were arguing that Martinson was abused, and were seeking a reduction of her sentence of 23 years in prison.
