Police say a man gambled for 16 hours at the Potawatomi Casino while his grandmother was locked in a car. A security guard found the 76-year-old woman in the vehicle in the casino garage. The doors were locked and she couldn’t get out because it had child safety locks. The woman has dementia and she was wearing a soiled diaper. Wesley Brown came outside when he was paged. He has been charged with intentionally subjecting an individual at risk to abuse, false imprisonment and recklessly endangering safety.
