Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested another suspect in connection with the explosion in the county. Police say a 44-year-old Illinois resident died after being hit with shrapnel in that explosion. A 60-year-old Marion male was arrested for homicide by negligent handling of dangerous weapons, explosives, or fire. A 38-year-old New London man and a 43-year-old Clintonville man were arrested Monday on similar charges. Names are not being released at this time, according to officials, as the case is still under investigation.
