The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department is looking for help as they try to find a missing horse that they believe was stolen from its six year old owner. The mother of the 6-year-old girl who owns the horse, Angela Keegan, reported the horse was missing and possibly stolen from their home on Little Creek Road in Manawa on Monday, April 22. The horse, named Shilo, is a 16-year-old male Welsh Cross Paint pony, approximately 12.5 hands high, brown and white, and has a white tail. Keegan said her daughter bought the horse by herself from her own savings account.
