A 59-year-old Pewaukee man tells authorities his girlfriend cut his throat with a knife, then told him to write a suicide note. Forty-one-year-old Juanita Blair is charged with first-degree reckless injury, two counts of identity theft and misdemeanor theft. The victim’s name hasn’t been released. He did tell officers he cut his own throat and tried to commit suicide, but seven days later he came to the Pewaukee Police Department and changed his story.
