The really good chance of catching a good-sized walleye is causing what some are calling a traffic jam on the Fox River at De Pere. At any given time the river is filled with anglers in boats. One fishing guide says the chances of catching a 30-inch walleye at that location are good. Social media, outdoor shows, publications and word-of-mouth have made the spring walleye run on the Fox famous. It’s known considered to be one of the top trophy walleye destinations anywhere.
