The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says a Winnebago County airport will receive 618-thousand dollars in grant money to pay for two projects. Wittman Regional Airport is to use 400-thousand dollars to develop a master plan and 218-thousand to pay for runway maintenance. The master plan work starts in June and should be finished in 2021. Wittman hosts the annual E-A-A AirVenture fly-in convention each year.
