A lecturer at U-W Milwaukee is charged with possessing child pornography. Acting on a tip, detectives caught Dennis Tomashek sharing illegal images online. Each of five counts against Tomashek comes with a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and 100-thousand dollars in fines.
