A woman arrested by Ashwaubenon Public Safety officers was found to be an international fugitive. Investigators were contacted by a woman who had answered an ad for modeling. She says she was asked if she would be willing to perform sex acts for money. When 29-year-old Meixian Feng was taken into custody, authorities found she was also wanted for sex marketing in other countries. She is being held in the Brown County Jail on an immigration detainer.
