The Appleton Police Department is investigating a series of damage to property crimes from Monday night The vandalism spree includes the destruction of decades-old stained glass windows at All Saints Church in Appleton. The church estimates that damages could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Officers say a suspect has been taken into custody; however, the suspect is being treated for mental health concerns and will not be identified at this time.
