The Wisconsin Department of Justice says the state’s school districts should establish threat assessment teams. Team members would talk to students and teachers about potential threats of violence, define what would be unacceptable behaviors and offer training so that kind of behavior could be recognized. The state agency released an 89-page security document Monday listing best practices for preventing, responding to and recovering from violent incidents in Wisconsin schools.
