Manitowoc police are asking the public for help as they investigate the murders of father and daughter last fall. Fifty-one-year-old Richard Miller and 19-year-old Jocelyn Miller were found dead of gunshot wounds September 9th. Investigators seek assistance identifying a male subject seen on video in the area the night of homicides. Detectives also want to identify an early 2000s model Toyota Highlander possibly tan or gold that was driving in the area. A reward of up to two-thousand dollars is being offered for information that helps solve the case. The Manitowoc P-D has video of the person of interest and photos of the vehicle.
