Heavy snows are blamed for another roof collapse in Waupaca County, this time at World Class Manufacturing. Fire Chief Tom Cullen says the weight of the snow load caused a portion of the roof to come down about a foot. The building was evacuated, and will remain that way until snow can be removed and roofing engineers get a chance to examine it. They employ just over 120 workers. The Waupaca High School Fieldhouse suffered snow damage to its trusses last week and was closed while crews removed the snow and work to fix the problem.
