Foxconn Technologies is looking outside Wisconsin for some of the 13-thousand workers it has promised to hire at the new Mount Pleasant campus. A company spokesman says there is no way all the talent it needs can be found in the Badger State. Foxconn has held 44 job fairs and 22 of them were held in Wisconsin. The company is locating its North American headquarters in Milwaukee, with operations planned for Green Bay and Eau Claire. There have been negotiations to locate a research and development partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
