Margo was born April 29, 1948 in Spooner, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Harold and Eileen (Smith) Cuskey. Harold Cuskey passed away while Margo was an adolescent, and Eileen married George Marino. Margo attended school in Spooner, graduating in 1966. During high school she worked as a Candy Striper. Following school she worked at Evans Drug Store in Shell Lake. On September 14, 1968, Margo was united in marriage to Harold R. Schultz in Shell Lake. Harold preceded her in death on July 2, 2015.
Margo is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church-Stoney Hill. She enjoyed riding motorcycle with her husband, Harold, gardening, bowling, and making food and snacks for various Sunday sporting events. She was also a member of the Red River Sportsman Club. Out of all her jobs, her favorite was working at Shawano High School where everyone called her “Grandma Margo”.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Dee Schultz of Shawano and Dawn Schultz of Kimberly; her grandchildren, Anthony Warrington, Wyatt Reinke, Desirae (Nick) Thiel, Makenzie (fiancé Dr. Brad Hunter) Reinke, Cora Reinke, and Morgen Schultz; her great-children, Lucille Thiel and Adam Hunter; sister, Patricia Stafford; sister-in-law, Karen (Ed) Schuirmann; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Diana) Schultz; special sisters, Jody and Jill Schlapper; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; and her grandson, Austin Adams.
A celebration of Margo’s life will be held at Mickelson Funeral Service of Shawano on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00. In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials be made in the name of Marlene Schultz.
