As the number of snow days pile up in school districts in northern and central Wisconsin, administrators are scrambling to find time for students. Stevens Point schools spokesperson Sarah O’Donnell says they’re dropping staff days from the calendar to make up. A few districts are considering adding days to the end of the schedule and maybe even cutting into spring break. With so many snow days for schools in northern and central Wisconsin, it’s a challenge to ensure students are getting all the education that’s required. Some districts like Stevens Point are up to a full 7 days of classes missed this winter.
