Kobussen Bus Company may be expanding their services to Iola Scandinavia School district. The School Board is seeking contract information from Kobussen and also Go Rite Way. The reasoning for the change is mainly because they have six routes and four of the drivers are retiring. The District is looking for three contracts and by doing the outsourcing they can save about $63,000 after selling their fleet of buses. Current Drivers will have to option to go with Kobussen for same or better pay plus benefits, 401K, sign on bonus and monthly training.
