An Oconto Falls man faces up to six years in prison for allegedly aiming a rifle at a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper. Bernard E. Delveaux, 61, was charged with intentionally pointing a firearm at a law enforcement officer over the Jan. 15 incident in the town of Morgan. According to the criminal complaint, Delveaux denied pointing the gun at the trooper. He said he had fired the gun several times to get help, because he was cold. A preliminary hearing is set for April 5. Delveaux is free after posting $1,500 cash bond.
