A Waupaca Public Library program that was scheduled for January 28th has been rescheduled. The community discussion about mental health and addiction will now be held on Tuesday at 6 pm in the library’s lower level meeting room. The program was postponed due to a snowstorm in January. The exhibit will include a table with information and will have a community discussion to give people an opportunity to ask questions and seek answers.
