The city of New London is searching for a replacement for their longtime City Administrator. Kent Hager announced earlier that he is retiring on June 14th just shy of his 20 year anniversary. The New London City Council approved his resignation last week. In March the Finance and Personnel committee will be selecting one of two firms to assist in the search process, review the job description and advertise for candidates. The Mayor and Council President will view the applications and select finalists for the city council to interview. The Council will hire one of the finalists and the new city administrator will begin their duties on June 17th.
