Shawano Police were called to the Crawford Center over the weekend after a coach didn’t like the call of the referee during the hockey game. Coach Derek Parker of Skandia, Michigan in Marquette County was escorted out of the arena and told not to come back. Parker allegedly did not like the call and punched the ref in the nose. After the police investigation the Ref said he did not want to press charges as long as the coach was escorted out of the building.
