A Wausau babysitter accused of killing a baby and dressing him up to pretend he was alive could stand trial in a separate case of alleged child abuse. Marathon County Circuit Court Judge Gregory Strasser ruled Monday that there was enough evidence to move forward with the case against 28-year-old baby sitter Marissa Tietsort. Tietsort is charged with abusing an 11-month-old girl she was baby sitting in August. Tietsort is pregnant with her sixth child while incarcerated at the Marathon County Jail on a $750,000 bond. Tietsort is due back in court Feb. 12 for a preliminary hearing on the homicide charge.
