Two Green Bay schools were placed on temporary lockdown Thursday morning as police investigated a threat to a staff member. Green Bay Area Public School District officials say at 8:50 A-M, Lombardi and Red Smith schools were placed in “secure the building” as a precautionary measure. The lockdowns were lifted at 10:15 A-M. Green Bay police say officers are investigating a disturbance “where a suspect made threats to a school, specifically to a staff member.” Investigators say the threat was not made on social media.
